Female Resident Director

Providence invites applications for a full-time Female Resident Director, beginning June 12, 2017.

The Female Resident Director works within the Student Development department at Providence University College and Seminary and is responsible for the day to day management of the female residences.  Duties include: mentoring, training, and supervision of female student leaders (Resident Assistants), building relationships with residence students, holistic programming, discipline and restorative justice initiatives, conflict resolution, resident room placement, administration, crisis management, etc.

The Resident Director is required to live on campus in the apartment that is provided for them.  In addition to a competitive salary, the Resident Director will receive Room and Board.  This is a 24 month contract position with a 37.5 hours per week work schedule. After the first 24 months, the position will be reviewed on an annual basis.
