Part-Time Youth Ministry Leader (Grades 9–12)

We are seeking a passionate Youth Ministry Leader to help grow and lead our Senior High ministry (Grades 9–12) within an established multi-site church in a growing community.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and teaching weekly Sr. High youth nights
• Creating a safe, welcoming, Christ-centred community for students
• Developing and implementing a yearly ministry plan
• Mentoring and discipling students
• Planning and running events throughout the year (at least once per quarter)
• Working with church leadership to grow and strengthen the youth ministry
• This is a part-time position, with potential for the role to grow as the ministry expands.
• Strong relational and interpersonal skills
• Help plan and participate in yearly mission trip for the youth
• Good with time management and organizational skills
