Life Groups: Sport by sport bible studies led by SL Leaders.Position Description: The Director of Operations, FAITH RXD is tasked with enhancing the impact and influence of SportsLife within the CrossFit community by seeking the Lord and building a strong team of staff. The Director of Operations is expected to exemplify the core values of SportsLife: Love Deeply, Live Abundantly, and Lead Courageously.

This role supports the Executive Director of FAITH RXD, which involves recruiting, hiring, training, and mobilizing staff to effectively engage the CrossFit community. The Director of Operations will ensure the success of training, resources, and programs by developing staff, collaborating with the advisory board, and working alongside financial partners and volunteers. Additionally, the Director of Operations is responsible for securing the necessary financial resources to maintain stability and must ensure that SportsLife operates in accordance with biblical standards while adhering to the organization’s policies and procedures.
