The Pilgrim Saints of Jehovah organization is seeking a dynamic and passionate Theological and Business Development Operations Manager to help establish the spiritual doctrines and define the theology of this start-up faith-based organization. This vital role combines theological expertise, spiritual initiatives, growth strategies and strategic development, ensuring the organization’s core mission is effectively documented and communicated for sustainable growth and community engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a vibrant personality and leadership style, a deep understanding of Hebrew and other religious history, teachings from the Bible and the Torah.
You will also be required to support the business operations and management of three for-profit businesses that provide the funding for the Pilgrim Saints organization. participate in new product and program development, while fostering a nurturing environment for spiritual growth and organizational excellence. This paid position offers a unique opportunity to influence the lives of families through faith-driven leadership and innovative theological and spiritual development initiatives.

Duties:

Lead the research, development, establishment, documentation, planning and execution of religious celebrations, holidays and programs, youth ministry activities, and community engagement events aligned with the organization’s mission.
Participate in the development and implementation of strategic business initiatives to increase the revenue and profit of the three for-profit businesses.
Must be willing to wear the “two hats”, work a 6 day week when needed, adopt and live the theological teachings of the Pilgrim Saints and strive to be a role model in all respects with the family unit at the front and center. Observe the Sabbath as a covenant sign of the tribes of Israel.
Coordinate religious teachings, workshops, and seminars on topics such as pastoral theology, religious studies, Christian counseling, and social work to foster spiritual growth among diverse age groups.
Manage relationships with partner organizations, churches, schools, and community groups to strengthen collaborative efforts in mission work and youth engagement.
Organize event planning activities for religious celebrations and holidays.
Supervise and co-ordinate religious education, childcare within religious settings, to ensure program effectiveness.
Monitor organizational compliance with faith-based standards and maintain accurate records of program activities, volunteer hours, donations, and community impact metrics.
Foster a welcoming environment that promotes religious leadership development and active family participation through effective communication skills.
Experience:

A proven passion for and experience with researching and sharing the Good News of the Messianic teachings of Jesus.
Good understanding of business operations and principals, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and accounts payable, cash flow management, etc.
Strong knowledge of religious teachings including pastoral theology, Christian counseling techniques, and religious studies instruction.
A self-starter with a natural ability to pay attention to detail and logistical coordination.
Some experience with digital graphic design and internet website creation and marketing will be very beneficial and advantageous.
Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences across age groups; capable of inspiring teams and representing the organization publicly.
Some familiarity with fundraising strategies including donor relations, grant writing support.
