Food Service Director and Cook

Alton Bay Christian Retreat Center in Alton Bay, NH, is seeking a committed Christian culinary professional interested in joining a fabulous team serving our community of Retreat guests, Cottage owners and summer participants through this food service opportunity.

This is a full time/year-round position, cooking for 50-75 retreat guests per week from mid-August through late June. From July 1st – Labor Day, we serve our Cottage owner population and visitors through multiple small venues within this beautiful community at the tip of Lake Winnipesaukee.

The primary responsibilities of this role include menu planning, ordering, cooking, staff training and compliance, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

In addition to a competitive salary, the compensation package also includes medical and dental insurance.
