All the Little Children Preschool and Daycare is seeking a caring, passionate, and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our Christian daycare and preschool team! The ideal candidate has a genuine love for children and a desire to help them learn, grow, and thrive in a safe, nurturing, and faith-based environment.

Our program serves infants, toddlers, preschool, and Elementary aged children. Teachers play an important role in supporting each child’s social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual development through age-appropriate learning activities, creative play, and meaningful daily interactions.

As a Christian daycare and preschool, we incorporate faith into our daily routines through Bible lessons, biblical songs, prayer, and Christian values.

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
Must have a genuine love for children and a commitment to their safety and well-being.
Must be willing to participate in a Christian learning environment, including prayer, biblical songs, and Bible lessons.
Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification is required, but may be obtained after hiring.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities that support early childhood development.
Provide attentive care and supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
Create engaging learning experiences through play, music, arts and crafts, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
Incorporate Christian teachings into daily activities through Bible stories, prayer, and biblical songs.
Communicate professionally and regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress, development, and needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and safe classroom environment.
Observe children’s development and provide individualized support when needed.
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive, consistent learning environment.
Adapt activities to accommodate children’s individual abilities, developmental stages, and special needs.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in childcare, daycare, nannying, or early childhood education.
Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, and preschool development.
Familiarity with early childhood education principles and age-appropriate teaching practices.
Ability to plan creative, engaging activities that encourage learning through play.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patience, compassion, dependability, and a positive attitude.
Experience working with children with special needs is a plus, but not required.
