Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, focusing on patient-centered treatment across all age groups. The physician will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of health conditions, utilizing advanced electronic health record systems and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Conduct routine examinations and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and adult care.
  • Administer medications and oversee pain management protocols as appropriate.
  • Collect and analyze patient data to inform treatment plans and improve healthcare delivery.
  • Document clinical encounters accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner.
  • Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Coordinate with specialists for referrals or specialized treatments when necessary.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and continuing medical education to stay current with medical advancements.
  • Assist in home care planning and follow-up to ensure comprehensive patient support outside the clinical setting.

Requirements

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine.
  • Proven experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics preferred; experience in acute care is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, and patient care protocols.
  • Experience with electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner is preferred.
  • Ability to perform data collection effectively for research or quality improvement projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prior experience in medical office settings or home care is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $187,468.54-$436,493.18 per year
