We are a systems engineering team with members from a variety of professional backgrounds who are united in a quest to deliver enterprise-class solutions to our clients. This includes building scalable, secure, consumer-facing web and mobile apps for a variety of audiences and business needs.

Our process is simple– we work in close collaboration with our clients to create solutions that address their unique challenges. We work with our clients, not as an implementation vendor, but as a strategic partner. We seek to understand their needs, call upon our unique experiences and prescribe solutions that address their strategic goals.

You are passionate about simplicity. You understand that complexity is easy and simplicity is hard– and choose the hard things. Clean design is important to you. You want to design things that have meaning and take on big challenges.

You are flexible. You understand that there is likely more than one solution to a design problem and can take direction well. You are glad to integrate others perspectives and accommodate where possible, but also challenge when necessary. You have the experience to know the difference.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can work in a highly iterative and communicative way to get to the finish line faster by being adaptive and responding quickly to changes to design requirements.

You have an eye for good UX. You know that the end-user is king and take responsibility to ensure design is intuitive while also being innovative.

You are a good communicator. You can quickly explain design decisions and feature intentions to clients and teammates.

You are a brand guardian. You can faithfully follow existing brand standards or guidelines or develop application standards of your own when called upon to do so.

Preferred Experience
● Experience consulting with clients– either on the side or part of your job responsibilities
● Experience developing consumer-facing user interfaces and user experiences for web
and mobile
● Experience working as a member of a team
● Experience interpreting brands and integrating brand standards into design decisions
● Expertise with graphic design programs and prototyping tools (experience with Marvel
and/or Invision a plus)
● Some experience implementing responsive design with CSS or CSS frameworks
● Must have strong customer-service orientation, good organizational skills and ability to
work independently.

Available as a remote position and offered as either a full-time employee or contractor
opportunity
Review of design portfolio, with examples of consumer-facing interfaces, is required.
