Opportunities available in the heart of Dallas

We are seeking a motivated Lifestyle Medicine provider who shall focus on comprehensive, patient-centered care that integrates traditional adult primary care with lifestyle medicine services in partnership with one of our community partners. As one of our CARES-givers, you will help expand our impact on the community by providing access to high quality, compassionate care.

Location: Dallas (5750 Pineland Dr. Texas 75231)

Here’s a sneak peek at what you’ll do:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
  • Deliver medical weight management services, including metabolic assessment, BMI evaluation, and pharmacologic therapy (e.g., GLP-1s)
  • Evaluate and manage hormonal imbalances, including thyroid disorders and perimenopausal/menopausal conditions,utilizinghormone replacement therapy asindicated.
  • Prescribe andmonitorcompounded medications and peptide therapiesin accordance withclinical guidelines and informed consent standards.
  • Provide individualized lifestyle and wellness counseling focused on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management.
  • Educate patients on the risks, benefits, and alternatives of treatment options to support shared decision-making.
  • Foster strong therapeutic relationships while promoting patient engagement, quality improvement, and coordinated interdisciplinary care.
  • Counsel and educate patients concerning preventative health, treatmentoptionsand community resources

What you need to succeed

To become one of our CARES-givers, you will have excellent patient engagement, strong communication skills and an eye for continuous improvement. You will also have the following:

  • BSN and/or NP/PAfrom an accredited school of nursing or equivalent; currentNP/PAlicense to practice in the state of Texas
  • Certification in lifestyle medication preferred, but notrequired
  • Registered and have current DEA, DPS and other such certificates to legallyoperateas a practitioner in the State of Texas or be able to obtain
  • Experience in medical weight loss, hormone therapy, or wellness medicine along with familiarity with compounded medications and peptides
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar,MS Office Suite skills (Outlook, Teams, Word,PowerPointand Excel)
  • Have a servant heart with the desire to make a positive impact
