For over a century, New Mexico Baptist Children’s Home (NMBCH) has been on a mission to offer hope to children and families in need. We are looking for dedicated married couples to join us as houseparents at our campuses in Portales and Estancia, New Mexico.
Houseparents are everyday missionaries, bringing the love of Christ to children from hard places. They live in a family-style cottage and create a safe, Christ-centered home where healing begins and hope is restored.

Competitive Salary: $83,000 per couple.

About Our Locations:
Portales, NM: A welcoming town with 17,000 residents, home to Eastern New Mexico University and near Cannon Air Force Base.
Estancia, NM: A beautiful rural community, just an hour from Albuquerque, with ample mountains and outdoor spaces to explore.
Requirements:
Committed Christians: Actively involved in an evangelical church.

Houseparents may have up to two dependent children (preferably over the age of 10) and one well-behaved pet (case-by-case basis).
